The client can return the new item within 7 days after delivery and get a full refund in the following cases:
- The bed linen is not right size;
- The client is not satisfied with the quality of received linen.
If the client has not received the package within 45 days after the payment, the company is obliged to refund the client full price of the items. However, in case the delivery was not possible because of the client's fault, the price of the items will be fully refunded except for the delivery charge.
The refund will be processed within 3 working days after the company has received the return items sent to its office address in Kolomna. The client should send the tracking code of the shipment to email@example.com.
